A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE MANAGER AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS EARLS COURT
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Reception Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
-Running the day to day reception operations..
-Supporting breakfast team.
-Demonstrating excellent customer service.
-Running the bar at the hotel.
